30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and restocking costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sleekycar.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (where applicable)

  • Hazardous materials / flammable products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@sleekycar.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above.
